Business Hospitality
In Business Hospitality, AGH owns The Anantara Downtown located in Dubai, UAE; and in joint venture with the Minor Group, AGH owns the Radisson Blu Hotel in Maputo, Mozambique and the Avani Pemba Beach Hotel in Pemba, Mozambique.
Tourism
In Leisure Tourism, AGH in joint venture with the Minor Group, owns two island resorts in Mozambique under the Anantara brand: Anantara Medjumbe Island Resort & Spa and Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort & Spa.
In Adventure Tourism, AGH owns the 6000-acre Stanley and Livingstone Game Reserve in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and Lugenda Wilderness Camp located in the greater Niassa National Re- serve, Mozambique.
Real Estate
In Real Estate Development, AGH owns a commercial building adjacent to the Anantara Downtown Hotel located in Dubai, UAE . In joint venture with the Minor Group and as an expansion to Radisson Blu Hotel in Maputo, Mozambique, AGH has an iconic multi-use towers development, Torres Rani, completed in late 2015.
